This vegetable curry recipe is delicious and so easy to make! It is full of nutritious superfood vegetables and spices that your body loves. If you don’t like hot spicy food, you can make this curry without it being hot.
This tempeh sautéed with spices is a super easy dish to add to your dinner. What I created was a healthy marinade without sugar as most of them tend to have sugar in them.

Nachos were one of my favorites when I was simply a vegetarian because you could find them without the beef. When I became vegan, nachos were no longer on the menu. All that cheese just does not work for me so this recipe is great!
When you make toasted sunflower seeds it’s good to make lots for snacks and to keep them around for sprinkling on salads, steamed vegetables or on a grain.
Curried popcorn has become my current favourite healthy snack for me. I like the curry flavour in my vegetables so I thought why not in popcorn. It is so yummy that I can easily eat a large bowl full all by myself!
Yummy maple glazed pecans are so delicious. The good news is that it uses a small amount of maple syrup instead of lots of sugar. Also, the pecans have good nutrition in them which includes protein.
Read the label on a package of trail mix, they always have unhealthy ingredients in them (sugar-coated dried fruit) and are not very digestible. This trail mix is nutrient-dense with lots of vegan protein too.
