Delicious Raw Trail Mix Is Very Healthy

Raw trail mix is a healthy way to go. Whenever I read the label on a trail mix in a store, they always, in my opinion, have unhealthy ingredients in them (sugar-coated dried fruit) and are not very digestible.  All the ingredients are healthy and made to be digestible.  Best of all this is a very yummy mixture.

Adding a few raisins that are unsweetened and unsulfured adds some more sweetness to this mix. Raisins are a healthy, tasty food when eaten in moderation. They are a good source of nutrients and add a tasty sweetness to desserts and snacks. According to Medical News Today, they have many health benefits.

Pumpkin seeds are so good that I add them to many of my meals. The bonus nutrient value is that they are the only seed that is alkaline-forming. Filled with lots of minerals, are a good source of vitamin k and zinc, and contain phytosterols and L-tryptophan. They are also a great source of vitamin e and vitamin b while being a great protein.

Delicious nutty sunflower seeds are a popular snack that is undervalued.  They may be small but sunflower seeds are a dense source of nutrients and full of extraordinary health benefits. They are for sure a healthy superfood.

Cashews are delightfully sweet and creamy nuts that are crunchy and full of health benefits! All over the world, these delicious exotic nuts are found in many cuisines as they add flavour and texture.

Almonds – Almonds are very tasty and so beneficial for our health. They are my favourite nut; most mornings I add 7 to 10 almonds to my breakfast.

Peanuts are high in protein and healthy oil which can help with diabetes, weight loss, and Alzheimer’s disease. No food is perfect, though; there are some cautions with peanuts. Hopefully, you are not one of the 1% that is highly allergic to peanuts.
