Bloody Mary Alcohol-free Recipe Is Healthy and Delicious

Have you ever had an alcohol-free Bloody Mary? Whenever we think of a Bloody Mary drink it is full of alcohol. Many of us (me included) do not drink alcohol so we never drink one. So I created this alcohol-free Bloody Mary that is healthier too.
So often what we find at parties are pops and very unhealthy drinks full of alcohol. In our testing, we always find that alcohol lowers the vitality of everyone which includes me.
And that pop! A survey found that fizzy soda is linked to cardiac arrest!  Most of us already know that fizzy soda drinks (Coke, Pepsi, Diet Coke, Mountain Dew, etc) are not healthy beverages,  but did you know that they can be deadly?  The average American was drinking 43.8 gallons per year from 2010 to 2014 which is better than 45.5 gallons per person per year in 2000, Even though it is now less, that is still a LOT of pop! Learn more about why Fizzy Soda Pop is not a good idea.
Tomato Juice -The red of tomatoes is what makes them full of health benefits, even when you are enjoying them as a refreshing juice or tomato sauce. Tomatoes are fat burning, help prevent cancer and are very heart-healthy food.
The celery in this recipe has amazing benefits. It is alkalizing, easy to digest, high in fiber and low in calories.
Salt is a necessary part of cooking as long as we do not use too much and use the right kind. I use Himalayan salt as it is rich in nutrients and minerals. Also, it is the kindest salt for the body.
Stevia
Lemons’ health benefits are immense.  To begin they are acidic to the taste but are alkaline-forming in the body. In fact, they are one of the most alkaline-forming superfoods; this makes them great for balancing a highly acidic condition in the body. Also, they are full of many health benefits.
Olives – Olives truly are filled with so many amazing health benefits making them a superfood. So it isn’t just olive oil that is a superfood and so good for us. This small fruit, yes olives are fruit, are for sure tasty on pizza and in a salad.
Stevia – is a natural sweetener alternative that helps to regulate blood sugar and lower blood pressure. The stevia plant is incredibly sweet and also incredibly good for you. The leaf is 30 times sweeter than sugar while extracts are 300-400 times sweeter.
