I do not add sugar or any grocery store fruit juice. I like sweetening the punch with stevia. Stevia is a natural sweetener alternative that helps to regulate blood sugar and lower blood pressure. Oranges are delicious and juicy adding a wonderful a healthy flavour. They are for sure a very healthy superfood as they help fight cancer, fight viral infections, relieve constipation and much more.

Festive Fruit Punch
- 1 cup frozen organic strawberries
- 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 mint tea bags
- 1 habiscus tea bag
- 1 liter sparkling spring water unsweetened
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp liquid stevia to taste
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup frozen organic raspberries
- handful fresh mint leaves
- Make 2 cups of tea with mint and hibiscus tea bags (let steep for 10 minutes).
- Make fresh orange and lemon juice.
- Slice an orange and a lemon.
- Blend strawberries, orange juice and lemon juice on liquefy speed (high speed) for approximately 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well-blended.
- Add tea and blend.
- Pour the juice into a punch bowl or a pitcher.
- Mix in sparkling water and stevia to taste.
- Add orange slices, lemon slices, frozen raspberries, and mint leaves.
