Curried popcorn has become my current favourite healthy snack for me. I like the curry flavour in my vegetables so I thought why not in popcorn. It is so yummy that I can easily eat a large bowl full all by myself!
Time to make curried popcorn!
- popcorn organic
- curry powder
- vege salt
- coconut oil
- Make the popcorn in your preferred method.
- In a saucepan put in some coconut oil.
- When hot add some curry powder, turmeric and vege salt.
- Heat for only a minute, then remove.
- Then sprinkle on popcorn
