More Healthy Snack for You

Sweet Potato Chips
Crispy Sweet Potato Chips

Crispy Sweet Potato Chips are Tasty – Being a big fan of sweet potatoes so these sweet potato chips are a fun tasty food to eat. They are easy to make too. They can be part of a meal or good party food served with a dip such as guacamole or pesto.

Delicious Raw Trail Mix – Raw trail mix is a healthy way to go. Whenever I read the label on a trail mix in a store, they always, in my opinion, have unhealthy ingredients in them (sugar-coated dried fruit) and are not very digestible.  All the ingredients are healthy and made to be digestible.  Best of all this is a very yummy mixture.

Yummy Homemade Maple Glazed Pecans – Yummy maple glazed pecans are so delicious. This is a candy, so we want to just eat a few. The good news is that it uses a small amount of maple syrup instead of lots of sugar.

Toasted Sunflower Seeds – When I make toasted sunflower seeds, I make lots and keep them around for sprinkling on salads, steamed vegetables or on a grain like brown rice or quinoa. This is very simple as long as you stir them consistently.

So you liked that curried popcorn, then how about some other curry recipes.

  3. Another healthy snack:
Organic, Raw Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans, Brazil Nuts, Pumpkin Seeds (or any other you like)
Mix together in a large bowl.
Add melted coconut oil and mix to coat all nuts.
Add Himalayan salt, and any organic herbs you like. I often use cinnamon, curcumin, basil, oregano, ginger, curry etc., not necessarily all at the same time.
Toss well and put surplus into a jar.

  4. That sounds most delicious. We are going to feast on this tonight. Yummy. Love and thanks Diana for your inspiration and friendship. 🙂
