This is a simple tempeh salad recipe that is easy to make. It is full of nutrients from the beets, carrots and sprouts, pumpkin seeds and lots of protein from the tempeh which are all tasty superfoods. What makes it extra tasty is the marinated crispy tempeh. The red sweet beets add a very tasty flavour. If you are very busy and just want a quick meal then simple tempeh will work too.

Tempeh Salad with Beets and Sprouts
- lettuce A few leaves
- 1 cup sprouts Alfalfa, Lentil, Broccoli or fenugreek
- 1 carrot
- 1 beet
- Marinated Tempeh
- Pumpkin Seeds Sprinkle on top
- Sauté the marinated tempeh till crispy and golden brown.
- Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate.
- Put the sprouts on top.
- Slice carrot into sticks or chop into small pieces and place on top of the sprouts.
- Now grate up the beet and put it on top of the sprouts.
- Pour on the Olive Lemon Juice Salad Dressing.
- Add the Crispy Tasty Tempeh.
- Eat and enjoy.
