This is a simple tempeh salad recipe that is easy to make and packed with healthy ingredients. It is full of nutrients from the beets, carrots and sprouts, pumpkin seeds and lots of protein from the tempeh which are all tasty superfoods.

Ingredients
Romaine LettuceA few leaves
1cupSproutsAlfalfa, Lentil, Broccoli or fenugreek
1mediumCarrot
1mediumBeet
Marinated Tempeh
2tbspPumpkin SeedsSprinkle on top
Instructions
Sauté the marinated tempeh till crispy and golden brown.
Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate.
Put the sprouts on top.
Slice carrot into sticks or chop into small pieces and place on top of the sprouts.
Now grate up the beet and put it on top of the sprouts.
