Onion Soup Recipe
- Peel onion and slice onions into rounds.
- Sauté onion in a saucepan on medium heat till lightly golden.
- Chop garlic finely.
- Add garlic to onions and saute for two minutes.
- No add water, yeast extract, oregano, bay leaves and black pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add more water if necessary.
- Before serving sprinkle some chopped parsley on top.
- Now enjoy your onion soup.
