Onion Soup
Who doesn't love a yummy onion soup for lunch or dinner? I made this recipe with only very healthy superfood ingredients so it is very good for you. Also, it is a simple soup to make.

Ingredients

yellow onion
1-3
cloves
garlic
1/2
tsp
oregano
2
bay leaves
2
cups
water
1
Tbsp
yeast extract or marmite
black pepper
parsley
Instructions
Peel the onion and slice onions into rounds.
Sauté the onion in a saucepan on medium heat till lightly golden.
Chop the garlic finely.
Add the garlic to onions and saute for two minutes.
Now add the water, yeast extract, oregano, bay leaves, and black pepper to the pan.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add more water if necessary.
Before serving sprinkle some chopped parsley on top.
Now enjoy your onion soup.
