Tasty Olive Salad Appetizer for Your Meals and Parties

I created this yummy olive salad appetizer recipe just this week and it truly was tasty. I love the colourful salad it became with the addition of the red peppers and green chives.  Food needs to have a range of colours to be tasty. Also. this is a healthy olive salad that is great as an appetizer or a side for your meal. It is even great for a party.

Tasty Olive Salad Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients:

1/3 cup black olives
1/3 cup green olives
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 celery stalk, chopped.
3/4 cup red pepper, chopped
Fresh chopped chives

Directions:

  1. Put the olives, lemon juice, olive oil, and Italian Seasoning in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Let it sit for at least 30 min.
  3. Mix in the celery and red pepper.
  4. Sprinkle with chives.
  5. Now serve and enjoy your olive salad appetizer.
