Salads are not usually high on the menu in winter or cold seasons, but one way of making them easier to eat is to have a warm dressing on them.
Tahini Salad Dressing
2/3 cup Tahini
1/3 cup Lemon juice
1/4 – 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 – 2/3 cup hot Water (not boiling)
1 tsp Basil
Few drops stevia
- Mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice at a time with Tahini in a jar.
- Add warm water till creamy.
- Mix in basil and stevia.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve on top salad.
Option: season with favorite herbs or spices.

The recipe says 2/3 cup Tbsp Tahini. Is the “tbsp” in there by mistake? Otherwise it sounds good.
Whoops…typo corrected. When I first developed this recipe I did it for Tbsp but then realized it was more efficient to make a bigger quantity since it is so good.
I need a proof reader.
