Alkalizing Apple Green Smoothie
Simple to make with all alkalizing foods.
1 large Apple, chopped
3 big handfuls of spinach
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup soaked pumpkin seeds
- Blend until smooth
- Add as much water as you need if you want to drink it or leave it as it is and eat with a spoon.
