Alkalizing Apple Green Smoothie

Simple to make with all alkalizing foods.

Ingredients:

1 large Apple, chopped
3 big handfuls of spinach
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup soaked pumpkin seeds

Directions:

  1. Blend until smooth
  2. Add as much water as you need if you want to drink it or leave it as it is and eat with a spoon.
