Alkalizing Apple Green Smoothie
This apple green smoothie is so easy to make. It can be a very healthy breakfast or a tasty snack. It is made with all alkalizing foods.

pumpkin seeds
Instructions
Cover the pumpkin seeds with water and let them soak overnight.
Remove the water from the pumpkin seeds and add the seeds to a blender.
Remove the core and seeds from the apple and chop it. Add it to the blender.
Add the spinach to the blender.
Blend until smooth. Add as much water as you need if you want to drink it or leave it as it is and eat with a spoon.
