Alkalizing Apple Green Smoothie

This apple green smoothie is so easy to make. It can be a very healthy breakfast or a tasty snack.  It is made with all alkalizing foods.

  • Blender


  • 1 Large Apple
  • 3 Handfuls spinach
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds


  • Cover the pumpkin seeds with water and let them soak overnight.
  • Remove the water from the pumpkin seeds and add the seeds to a blender.
  • Remove the core and seeds from the apple and chop it. Add it to the blender.
  • Add the spinach to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Add as much water as you need if you want to drink it or leave it as it is and eat with a spoon.
