1.  Watermelon

    First off, Thanks a lot for your valuable tips here for us.The provided 8 simple homemade remedies are really helpful for us especially who is suffering from body heat problem. Sometimes i feel body heat during summer time. After returning home from office I usually face body heat problem. When i face this I usually drink cool Watermelon, Sugarcane juice or Beal fruit juice to reduce my body heat. This is very effective for me.
