Mango Banana Smoothie Recipe

Enjoy this smoothie for breakfast or a snack; it is delicious.  It is simply a naturally sweet smoothie that is quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled, sliced
  • 1/2 banana peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt or almond milk

Instructions

  • Wash all of the fruit well. 
  •  Peel and chop the fruit.
  • Put all of the fruit and milk or yogurt In a blender.
  • Blend everything until the ingredients are nice and smooth.  
  • Serve it cold and enjoy this delicious smoothie.

Notes

It is important to wash the fruit well even though you will not be eating the skins. The fruit has been picked and handled by a few people.
