This fresh raw peach cobbler is a great dessert for a hot summer day when you don’t want to be putting the hot oven on.

Pie Crust


2 Cups Walnuts
1/4 Cup Sultana Raisins
1/4 Cup Dates
Pinch of Himalayan Salt


  1. Put ingredients in Food Processor and pulse until crumbly. Take out 1/2 and put to the side for topping.
  2. Process the rest until gummy.
  3. Press down in the bottom of a pie or glass pan.

Fruit Mixture


5-6 Peaches sliced
1/2 Sultanas (raisins)
1 Tbsp Psyllium Husk
1/8 tsp Stevia
1/4 tsp Pinch Cinnamon
Pinch Nutmeg


  1. Put 1/2 of sliced peaches in the food processor with all other ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  2. Take blended mix and add back to sliced peaches.
  3. Pour on top of the crust.
  4. Sprinkle crumble on top.
