Delicious Creamy Peach Vegan Ice Cream Is Easy to Make

This homemade peach vegan ice cream recipe is easy to make without an ice cream maker.  It is healthy with no white sugar, just stevia so you can enjoy your summer ice cream without guilt.

Peach Vegan Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup peaches, chopped
1 cup coconut milk from a can
15 drops Light liquid stevia
2 Tbsp coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Put peaches, coconut milk, coconut oil, stevia and honey in your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth; use the liquefy button on the blender.
  3. Pour into a container you can put in the freezer.
  4. Put peach mixture in the freezer.
  5. Every 20 minutes stir it around till it is frozen about 2 – 3 hours.
  6. Then put into serving size bowls, this is the best time to eat your ice cream.
  7. What is leftover place in the freezer until ready to eat.
  8. It will get very hard.  So when it comes to eating the ice cream you need to take it out of the freezer 20 – 30 minutes before you eat.
  9. OR Cut it into chunks and blend.
  10. Enjoy your ice cream.

Optional: You can add some fresh peaches to your bowl of ice cream.

  1. I don’t like the taste of coconut oil much. Is there any other vegan substitute such as almond butter or anything else that can be used effectively with coconut milk for this ice cream?
