Spring Cleanse Fruit Salad

 

Ingredients:

1 small Orange
1 small Apple
Handful of blueberries (fresh is best but frozen is good too)
1 Tbsp Golden Flax Meal
Few drops of stevia
2 Tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Mix flax meal in water with stevia in a bowl.
  2. Chop fruit.
  3. Mix together with flax meal mixture.
  4. Eat and enjoy.

Optional:  mix in 1 pkg of NuPlus.

Oranges and apples are high in pectin fiber that binds to cholesterol and heavy metals in the body, they help eliminate toxic build up and to cleanse the intestines.

Blueberries are one of the most healing foods. They have antiviral properties and help to block toxins from crossing the blood-brain barrier to gain access to the delicate brain.
