This delicious mandarin oranges fruit salad is refreshing and a great first course for your fancy meal. Also, it is so easy to make, enjoy it for breakfast or a snack at any time of the day. It is a favourite of mine in the winter when mandarin oranges are in season.
Ingredients:
1 Apple
1 Banana
1 Mandarin Orange
Handful of Blueberries
Handful of Pomegranate Seeds
A few Grapes
Directions:
- Very simple—chop and mix fruit together.
- Serve and eat.
