Salad with Grapes and Avocado
- 2 cups Mixed Greens (spinach and swiss chard are very good)
- A handful of red grapes cut into slices
- 1 small avocado chopped
- Very simple, chop the avocado and slice the grapes.
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Quantities can be adjusted to taste.

I have to admit though that I almost never put any herbs in the dressing. I love the fresh vegetables as they are with the simple olive oil and lemon juice dressing. If I want herbs I prefer fresh herbs in my salad. It is both healthy and very fast and easy to make.
