Green Smoothie Blueberry Apple Pudding

A green smoothie pudding is so good to eat.  Green smoothies are easy to digest as they are blended into very small particles. Also, the fact is digestion begins in your mouth so better to eat than drink.

Green smoothies are full of nutrients and are a complete food with lots of fiber too.

Green Smoothie Pudding Recipe

Ingredients: 

1 large apple
2 leaves of Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup spinach
1 celery stick, chopped
1/2 cup water
1 Tablespoon Flaxseed oil
7 soaked almonds
Few drops light liquid stevia (Optional)
1 heaping tablespoon soaked pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup blueberries (fresh is best but frozen and thawed are good too)
1 Tablespoon Flaxseed meal

Directions: 

  1. Blend all except last 3 ingredients until smooth.
  2. Then mix in Pumpkin seeds, ½ cup blueberries and flaxseed meal.
  3. Eat in a bowl or add more water and drink as a smoothie.
  4. Now enjoy your green smoothie pudding.
