This radish sandwich makes a simple and quick lunch or snack. You can use gluten free bread or a rice cake.

Ingredients:

Avocado
2-4 Radishes, sliced
Squeeze of Lemon juice
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
2 Slices of Bread

Directions:

  1. Mash avocado and mix with lemon juice and salt to taste.
  2. Spread avocado mixture on bread and top with sliced radishes.
  3. Now enjoy!
