I love this sandwich because it is yummy and so easy to make! This is a photo of my lettuce sandwich that I had last week. My father got me into these when I was a child as he would make them for us.
Ingredients:
Lots of Romaine lettuce
2 pieces of bread (gluten free), toasted
1/2 Avocado, mashed
Himalayan salt or Spike Seasoning
Directions:
- Spread avocado on toast.
- Pile on lots of lettuce.
- Sprinkle to taste with salt.
- Cover with the other piece of toast and enjoy.
