Vegan Sandwich with Avocado, Cucumber and Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 slices gluten-free bread
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- cucumber slices
- a sprinkle of roasted pumpkin seeds
- a sprinkle of flax seeds
- a handful of sprouts of your choice
- Toast your bread in a toaster or oven how you like it.
- Place the sliced cucumber on it.
- Then add sliced avocado onto each slice of toast.
- Sprinkle with flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sprouts.
