This is a delicious cantaloupe smoothie for a hot day to keep cool and healthy too.
Ingredients
1 cup Cantaloupe, cubed
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp stevia (optional)
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
Directions:
- Add the cantaloupe cubes, lemon juice, stevia and coconut milk to blender.
- Blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary to blend.
- Then mix in fresh mint and serve.
