  1. I am a major addict of food, I do not sense when am actually satisfied. To make matters worse am an emotional eater….how do I avoid cravings

  2. I am a sweet milk food addict more than 45yrs. Any food that’s sweet and milky I am addicted eg. Fudge, ice cream, condensed milk etc. I look forward to your help.

  3. I very rarely do I crave sweets. I usually CRAVE salty fried foods and potatoes prepared in any manner! Greasy Bacon, Blue Cheese, Cheddar Burger and French Fries with Blue Cheese dressing are at the top of my list along with Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs. HELP haha thank you for doing this webinar.
