Prune Jam

This prune jam recipe was so easy to make and healthy without all that sugar usually found in jams. It took me just over an hour which included taking lots of photos of the jam too. Adding the cinnamon made it extra delicious. I did add a little stevia to make it sweeter. This recipe makes two small jars as seen in the photos here.

Notes

I use only healthy Ingredients for my jams, find out more: apples, water, prunes, steviacinnamon
I made a small batch but you could easily double or triple the recipe if you want lots of jam.
