This powerful anti-inflammatory salad is very nutritious with 4 of the

. It is an easy salad to make and eat all of it in one sitting. Put it in a big bowl and just eat it. I do that all of the time.

Ingredients

handfuls
spinach
1
handful
arugula
1
medium bunch
fresh parsley
1
stick
celery

beet
1
yellow bell pepper

Tbsp
dulse seaweed flakes
Instructions
Mix the greens together in a large bowl.
Chop the celery.
Finley chop the parsley.
Slice the yellow bell pepper.
Grate the beet.
Mix the celery, yellow pepper and grated beet into the mixed greens.
Sprinkle seaweed on top.
Serve with
