Powerful Anti-Inflammatory Salad

This powerful anti-inflammatory salad is very nutritious with 4 of the  12 Top Anti-Inflammatory Foods.  It is an easy salad to make and eat all of it in one sitting. Put it in a big bowl and just eat it. I do that all of the time.

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 1 medium bunch fresh parsley
  • 1 stick celery
  • 1 beet
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp dulse seaweed flakes

Instructions

  • Mix the greens together in a large bowl.
  • Chop the celery.
  • Finley chop the parsley.
  • Slice the yellow bell pepper.
  • Grate the beet.
  • Mix the celery, yellow pepper and grated beet into the mixed greens.
  • Sprinkle seaweed on top.
