Green Grape Smoothie

This grape green smoothie with banana is sweet, filled with healthy ingredients, and very filling. It makes a great breakfast to start your day.

  • 1 cup seedless green grapes
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk


  • Core the apple and chop it.
  • Peel and chop the banana.
  • Put the grapes, banana, apple, spinach, and milk into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Now serve and enjoy your 'Grape Green Smoothie'.

Note: you can use red grapes for this recipe but the smoothie will be brownish.
