Green Grape Smoothie
This grape green smoothie with banana is sweet, filled with healthy ingredients, and very filling. It makes a great breakfast to start your day.
- 1 cup seedless green grapes
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 apple
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
Core the apple and chop it.
Peel and chop the banana.
Put the grapes, banana, apple, spinach, and milk into a blender.
Blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides.
Pour into glasses.
Now serve and enjoy your 'Grape Green Smoothie'.
Note: you can use red grapes for this recipe but the smoothie will be brownish.
