gluten-free bread
1/2
avocado
sliced
cucumber slices
a sprinkle of roasted pumpkin seeds
a sprinkle of flax seeds
a handful of sprouts of your choice
Instructions
Toast your bread in a toaster or oven how you like it.
Place the sliced cucumber on it.
Then add sliced avocado onto each slice of toast.
Sprinkle with flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sprouts.
