Creamy Tahini Salad Dressing
Creamy dressings often are full of dairy but this vegan Creamy Tahini Salad Dressing recipe is delicious and super easy to make! This dressing is packed with protein from the nutritious tahini. It is for sure one of my favourite salad dressings.
- 10 Tbsp Tahini
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp *Braggs or soya sauce or 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt and 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 7-10 Tbsp water (if you want a warm dressing then use warm water).
Mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice at a time with the tahini in a jar.
Add the seasoning of your choice and enough water till the dressing is nice and creamy.
Serve on top of a fresh green salad of lettuce or watercress or on a crunchy salad
*For this recipe I use (Braggs or soya sauce) for the salty flavour or (1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt and 1/2 tsp curry powder)
