Yogurt Dressing

This is a great dressing to add to fruit salad that is also very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt (coconut or soy)
  • a few drops liquid stevia or 1-3 tsp honey (non-pasteurized)

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Pour the yogurt dressing over the salad and mix well.
  • Now enjoy with your fruit salad.

Notes

Serving Tip: If you are not using all of the dressing for a salad just put two-thirds of the dressing in a covered jar in the fridge and it will keep for a few days.
