Core and slice pears.
Place the pears in a baking dish.
Mix the oil, sugar, salt, and stevia/water together in a bowl.
Add the brown rice flour to the wet mixture.
Mix in well.
Add the oatmeal, and mix it in well.
Mix thoroughly with fingers.
Sprinkle on top of the fruit.
Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts on top.
Pat down firmly.
Bake at 350º F. in the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
