Carob Banana Peanut Butter Pudding

Roasted, slightly salted peanuts
Mash the banana and peanut butter together until smooth.
Mix in the coconut milk and carob until thoroughly combined.
Divide into four dessert dishes and refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours before serving.
Serve, garnish each dish with chopped peanuts.
