Ingredients
1 1/2cupsliced cucumber
1/3cupred pepper
1smallonion
3/4cupapple cider vinegar
1/3cupwater
1/2tspHimalayan salt
3dropsliquid stevia
1/2tspdill seeds
black pepper
Instructions
Slice cucumber, onion and red pepper
Combine the apple cider vinegar with 1/2-cup of water, salt and the dill seed in a small glass container with a lid.
Place the vegetables in with the liquid mixture.
Make sure that they are all submerged, add cold water to cover.
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
