Ingredients

large
tomato
1
cucumber
Handful
almonds

Tbsp
olive oil
1
Tbsp
lemon juice
1
clove
garlic
optional
vege salt or spike seasoning
to taste
Instructions
Soak the almonds for 8 hours and then drain them.
Cube the tomato.
Peel and cube the cucumber.
In a blender or food processor blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
Add the veggie salt or Spike Seasoning to taste.
Now enjoy your cool tomato soup.
