Wooden Popsicle Sticks
Ingredients
2 1/2cupspeach slicesapprox. 6 peaches
1cupcoconut milk
1/4-1/2tsplight liquid stevia
Instructions
Wash the peaches well and leave the skin on.
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
Blend everything until very smooth.
Taste the mix and adjust the sweetness according to your taste (when they are frozen, they will taste less sweet).
Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold and insert wooden sticks.
If you don't have a popsicle mold you can also use paper cups. If you are using paper cups you will need to freeze the popsicles for 2 – 4 hours, and then insert a stick and let them freeze until solid.
