Equipment

  • *I recommend that we stay away from plastic as we really do not want it in our food.)
  • Wooden Popsicle Sticks

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups peach slices approx. 6 peaches
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp light liquid stevia

Instructions

  • Wash the peaches well and leave the skin on.
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend everything until very smooth.
  • Taste the mix and adjust the sweetness according to your taste (when they are frozen, they will taste less sweet).
  • Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold and insert wooden sticks.
  • If you don't have a popsicle mold you can also use paper cups. If you are using paper cups you will need to freeze the popsicles for 2 – 4 hours, and then insert a stick and let them freeze until solid.
  • *I recommend that we stay away from plastic as we really do not want it in our food.

The oxy stainless steel popsicle molds need sticks so I use these Norpro Wooden Treat Sticks, the package comes with 100 Pieces of Ice pop sticks so you can make lots of popsicles all summer long.
  • These traditional size wooden treat sticks are perfect for making homemade ice pops,  cookie pops, cake-sicles and more!
  • Measures: 4.5" / 11.5cm. The perfect addition to frozen homemade ice pops to enjoy during a warm, sunny day!
  • Also make great sticks for many crafting projects.
  • Made of food safe wood.
  • Helpful hints: Soak wooden sticks in warm water and freeze before inserting to the ice pop molds to avoid sticks from floating up and / or pulling out when you remove the ice pop from its mold.
