Baked Asparagus

This is a super simple recipe and delicious.Depending on the number of people I use one or two bunches of Asparagus

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Himalayan salt to taste
  • fresh squeezed lemon juice


  • Coat the asparagus with olive oil
  • Sprinkle with Himalayan salt to taste
  • Bake at 350 for about 25 min in a glass casseroles dish
  • Just before serving sprinkle with fresh lemon juice all over the baked asparagus.
