Baked Asparagus
This is a super simple recipe and delicious.Depending on the number of people I use one or two bunches of Asparagus

Ingredients

bunch
asparagus
1-2
Tbsp
olive oil
Himalayan salt
to taste
fresh squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
Coat the asparagus with olive oil
Sprinkle with Himalayan salt to taste
Bake at 350 for about 25 min in a glass casseroles dish
Just before serving sprinkle with fresh lemon juice all over the baked asparagus.
