Power Spinach Salad with Avocado and Walnuts

This power spinach salad is full of healthy greens that is one of the highest alkaline-forming foods and spinach is full of vitamins A, K, and D.
This is a very simple and tasty salad to make and is full of superfoods; everyone I have served it to enjoys it very much.
Add some spinach to your meals with this very healthy green alkaline-forming salad recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh spinach
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Few drops stevia
  • to taste Tamari or Braggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 2 mandarin orange sections

Instructions

  • Wash and trim the spinach leaves; pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Pit and cube the avocado.
  • Chop the walnuts.
  • Combine the lemon juice, olive oil, liquid stevia, and Tamari or Braggs in a large bowl; add the avocado cubes, coating well with the dressing.
  • Toss the spinach and the walnuts with the avocado and dressing.
  • Add the mandarin orange sections and toss the spinach salad again.
