Ingredients
Leafy Lettuce
Onions
Nori Seaweed
Lemon juice or umeboshi vinegar
Himalayan sea salt
olive oil
Instructions
Wash and dry the lettuce and tear it into pieces.
Slice the onion very thinly and chop it finely, mixing together.
Lightly toast the Nori until it turns a green color and is crumbly.
Mix in a few drops of olive oil with the lettuce.
Sprinkle the lemon juice and salt onto the lettuce and toss together.
Crumble the Nori into the salad.
Toss and serve.
