Green Nori Salad

This Green Nori Salad is simple, nutritious, and filled with flavour.

Ingredients

  • Leafy Lettuce
  • Onions
  • Nori Seaweed
  • Lemon juice or umeboshi vinegar
  • Himalayan sea salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the lettuce and tear it into pieces.
  • Slice the onion very thinly and chop it finely, mixing together.
  • Lightly toast the Nori until it turns a green color and is crumbly.
  • Mix in a few drops of olive oil with the lettuce.
  • Sprinkle the lemon juice and salt onto the lettuce and toss together.
  • Crumble the Nori into the salad.
  • Toss and serve.
