Instructions
In a small bowl, add the pumpkin seeds with water and let them soak for a few hours or overnight.
In a blender add the apple, lettuce, celery, and pumpkin seeds with water.
Blend everything until smooth.
Then mix in a few drops of Light liquid stevia, flax meal, and the raspberries. Fresh raspberries are best but you can also use frozen raspberries that are thawed.
You can pour this in a bowl and eat it with a spoon like a pudding.
Or you can add more water to the blender and blend the entire mixture until smooth.
