Green Raspberry Smoothie Pudding

This green raspberry smoothie pudding is so tasty. Also, it's a very healthy smoothie.  It's a tasty pudding! No...  It's  WHATEVER YOU LIKE!

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • handful lettuce
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds pre-soaked
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup raspberries fresh is best or you can also use thawed frozen berries
  • few drops light liquid stevia to taste
  • 1 Tbsp flax meal

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add the pumpkin seeds with water and let them soak for a few hours or overnight.
  • In a blender add the apple, lettuce, celery, and pumpkin seeds with water.
  • Blend everything until smooth.
  • Then mix in a few drops of Light liquid stevia, flax meal, and the raspberries. Fresh raspberries are best but you can also use frozen raspberries that are thawed.
  • You can pour this in a bowl and eat it with a spoon like a pudding.
  • Or you can add more water to the blender and blend the entire mixture until smooth. 
  • Pour in a class and drink your smoothie.
