2cupsspinach
clean water
Instructions
Peel the oranges and chop them into pieces.
Place the orange into a blender and blend the oranges till liquified.
Then add the spinach slowly till blended in.
Add just enough pure water to be able to add more spinach.
Blend till smooth; use the liquefy button on the blender.
Drink the smoothie immediately to get the most nutrients from it.
