Green Salad with Pecan and Pears

Here is a way to get lots of greens in with this green salad with pecans and pears. It is naturally sweet and when you add some pecans it becomes incredibly delicious. We know how important it is to get those greens into our bodies every day so here is a way to enjoy them.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup dried unsweetened cranberries
  • 1 pear
  • Lemon Olive Oil Salad Dressing

Instructions

  • Toast the pecans in a pan until golden.
  • Core and slice the pear.
  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Simply toss all of the ingredients with the lemon olive oil salad dressing.
  • Serve and enjoy.
