  • 1 pear
  • 2 leaves kale
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup water


  • Cut the pear and remove the seeds.
  • Place everything in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add as much water as you need if you want to drink it or leave it as it is and eat with a spoon.
