Cinnamon Pear Apple Fruit Salad

This cinnamon pear salad is so delicious, especially in the winter.  At that time of year, there are not so many fresh fruits in season. Apples and pears last a long time in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 small pear
  • 1 small apple
  • 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 Tbsp walnuts* soaked
  • 1 Tbsp coconut milk yogurt optional

Instructions

  • Chop the fruit and walnuts (if using walnuts).
  • Mix all fruits and walnuts together in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Add a spoonful of yogurt on top.
