Fancy Pineapple Salsa
This pineapple salsa recipe is full of health the benefits of pineapple adding excitement to your party food, snacks, or even a meal with this very tasty recipe.

Ingredients

cups
diced fresh pineapple
2
tomatoes
3/4
cup
sweet red onion
1/4
cup
fresh cilantro

jalapeno pepper
optional

Tbsp
olive oil
1
tsp
ground coriander
3/4
tsp
ground cumin
1/2
tsp
Himalayan salt
Instructions
Dice the pineapple.
Chop the tomatoes and red onion.
Chop the cilantro.
Slice the jalapeno in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Chop the jalapeno.
Put all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them together.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip until you are ready to serve it.
Serve this dip with vegetable or tortilla chips.
