Fancy Pineapple Salsa

This pineapple salsa recipe is full of health the benefits of pineapple adding excitement to your party food, snacks, or even a meal with this very tasty recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup sweet red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper optional
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

Instructions

  • Dice the pineapple.
  • Chop the tomatoes and red onion.
  • Chop the cilantro.
  • Slice the jalapeno in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Chop the jalapeno.
  • Put all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them together.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip until you are ready to serve it.
  • Serve this dip with vegetable or tortilla chips.
