Ingredients
1cupbrazil nuts
4cupsclean water
3pitted dates
1tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend them at high speed till totally smooth.
Put a double layer of cheesecloth over the mouth of a large jar to strain the liquid. Use a rubber band over the cloth around the mouth of the container.
Now pour the ground up nut mixture through the cheesecloth slowly. It may take 1-2 hours to strain. You can compost or save the Brazil nut pulp, or discard it.
Put the nut milk to a glass container with a tight lid. It will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
