Cherry Vegan Pudding

This cherry vegan pudding is so easy to make and is raw so no cooking. It is great for a hot summer day. The best part of this pudding is that it is delicious and filled with nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts soaked
  • 1 cup cherries fresh or frozen can be used

Instructions

  • Place the cashews in a bowl and cover them with water. Soak the cashew nuts in clean water for 3-4 hours.
  • Drain the water from the cashew nuts.
  • Next, make the vanilla pudding. Blend the banana in a blender.
  • Add the cashew nuts and vanilla, blend until creamy.
  • Put the pudding in the refrigerator for 20 to 40 minutes to thicken.
  • Cut the cherries in half and remove the pits.
  • Now simply mix the cherries into the vanilla pudding.
  • You can sprinkle some raw cashews on top.
  • Now eat and enjoy your cherry vegan pudding!

Notes

I use only healthy Ingredients: banana, cashew nutsclean watercherries.

Variation: For another variation, if you have more time, you can make it pretty by assembling it in a glass bowl.
*Put 1/3 of the vanilla pudding in the bottom of the bowl.
*Then add 1/2 of the cherries, and then put another 1/3 of pudding on top.
*Add the rest of the cherries and top it off with the rest of the vanilla pudding.
