Spinach Salad with Oranges and Pecans
This spinach salad is a sneaky way to get that powerfood into your diet. Also, all the ingredients are very healthy. It is an easy to make and very tasty; everyone I have served it everyone loves it.

Ingredients

pound
fresh spinach
1/4
cup
pecans
1-2
oranges
1
small
red onion
optional or to taste

Tbsp
Lemon juice
1/4
cup
olive oil
Few
drops
stevia
to taste
Few
drops
braggs
to taste
Instructions
Wash and trim the spinach; pat dry with paper towels.
Lay the pecans on a tray and roast them on low heat in the oven until they are golden brown.
Peel and slice the orange.
Finely slice the onion.
Combine the lemon juice, oil, stevia, and Tamari or Braggs in large bowl.
Now, toss the spinach, oranges, onion, and nuts with dressing.
Serve and enjoy.
