Asparagus with Lemon Juice
If you like asparagus than you will enjoy this recipe with lemon. You will love how easy it is to make this healthy recipe that is a delicious addition to any meal.
- 1 pound asparagus spears
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juice
- spike seasoning to taste
Wash and trim the asparagus. Cut the asparagus diagonally into 2-inch lengths.
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over low heat.
Add the asparagus, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add Spike seasoning to taste, stir, and cook an additional 1 minute.
Add the lemon juice, stir well and serve.
